The EVP, Product Management responsible for leading teams and overseeing the successful execution of key technology projects and enhancements within designated Production Channels. This role collaborates closely with senior technology leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to implement solutions that align with the overall Production Technology strategy and support business objectives like efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The EVP contributes to the technology roadmap by managing programs and products, ensuring effective resource allocation, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

The EVP, Product Management will :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned technology initiatives and enhancements for Production Channels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Work closely with business unit leaders, application development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation and standardization of processes across channels; implement best practices for project management, analysis, testing, and validation within the team's scope.
• Oversee the lifecycle of technology initiatives from conception through to production validation, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular project / program status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.

Compensation : Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below :

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and / or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
