Application Development Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Application Development & Support. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical resources for Mainframe application support and development Oversee the development and support of new and existing applications while managing customer expectations Ensure all development projects are within scope, budget, and timelines while achieving user satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in Application Development and IT Project Management Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to develop a self-directed workforce Knowledge of full software development life cycle and Mainframe systems (e.g., COBOL, DB2, IMS) Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
