Sales Rep Opportunity with Great Pay and Great Benefits!

Vert Environmental is looking for a driven, self-starting B2B Sales Representative to expand our presence within an assigned territory. If you’re competitive, results-focused, and ready to advance your sales career, this role offers a strong pathway for growth.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business—prospecting leads, building client relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates confidently, and enjoys surpassing goals.

We provide a competitive base salary, performance-based commissions, and monthly bonuses, giving you the chance to earn directly from your results.

Compensation :

75,000 - $120,000 base + commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
  • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
  • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
  • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships
  • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)
  • Company sales meetings
  • Follow all the company's outside sales representative duties
  • Set appointments
  • Sales talk and objection handler mastery
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves

  • Qualifications :

  • Should have working knowledge of a CRM
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
  • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
  • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Great communication
  • A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge is preferred
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Goal oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Good first impression with people
  • Teamwork experience
  • You are an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals
