Role description :

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our Boca Raton office and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex high-profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of large-scale multi-family residential retail corporate and industrial projects. The position requires ensuring regulatory compliance managing technical documentation and driving projects to successful completion with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in civil engineering and a proven track record of handling complex projects from start to finish. Strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate intricate site development challenges are essential for success in this role.

Role accountabilities :

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development water resources and / or civil projects
• Preparation of construction documents calculations and reports for public or private clients
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads sidewalks stormwater and utility improvements
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
• Working with municipalities on necessary permits
• Client interface and coordination in both English and Spanish
• Project management of site development or redevelopment.
• Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM Broward County EPD and SFWMD.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $80000 - $132000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
