Position Overview

• Role
• : Contract-to-Hire (CTH) L2 Desktop Engineer in a Windows environment.
• Responsibilities
• Desktop Support
• : Basic desktop work, device issues resolution, and new employee orientation (NEO) support.
• Intune Support
• : Manage devices through Intune, with occasional exceptions.
• Video Conference & some AV Support
• : MS Teams & Troubleshoot Logitech AV systems and coordinate with vendor AVI for escalations. - PLUS
• Exec / VIP Support
• : Provide backup support to VIPs, balancing urgent demands with realistic expectations.
• New Employee Orientation
• : First point of contact for onboarding, distributing equipment, and assisting with MFA setup.
• Work Hours
• : 8am-5pm, with occasional early starts for special events (e.g., company town hall).
• Team Dynamics
• : Collaborative, small team environment with opportunities for growth and promotion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 / hr.
