BNW Services is partnering with a leading national general contractor to hire a Business Development Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, specifically in the data center sector . This full-time role is based in Phoenix, AZ , and focuses on developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities in a competitive market.

This is a high-impact role for a motivated BD professional ready to grow a national brand in the Phoenix market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in data center and industrial construction
• Develop strong client relationships with developers, brokers, design firms, and end-users
• Lead proposal development, RFQs, RFPs, and presentation efforts with internal marketing support
• Track and report progress against sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain CRM systems and support lead-generation processes
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitive positioning
• Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, and key networking functions
• Collaborate with executive leadership to build and execute key account strategies
