LPN Home Health Windham County, CT

CareCo Medical is looking for LPNs to provide care to patients in their homes in Windham County. Experienced home health nurses as well as nurses wanting to enter home health and the independence, flexibility, and work / life balance it provides are encouraged to apply. Positions are per diem and paid by the visit. RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide nursing services to patients in their homes in accordance with regulations, policies, and accepted professional standards of practice. The LPN delivers care to clients as delegated by the RN Case Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Connecticut
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel in New London County
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Home health experience preferred
