CNA - 2nd Shift

Job Description :

Looking for CNAs for full or part time shifts on 2nd shift. Under new Administration and Nursing Management!!

Responsibilities :

• Assumes responsibility for the safety of residents under immeidate supervision and those assigned at any time.
• Participate in shift change report
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents. Documents according to established procedures.
• Interact with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the tcenter in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Perform personal cared

assist with feeding residents, serve meals

Assume accountability for compliance with Federal, State and other regulations.

Answer any call lights to determine residetn needs and take appropriate action

Assist in the implementation of each resident's care plan by performing personal call and all Activities of Daily Living

Education

Entry Level (0-2 years)

Experience

High School Diploma / GED
