Job Schedule : Full time

Weekly Hours : 40.00

Salary Range : $35.00 - $52.00

In this full-time position, you will work Monday through Friday with no holiday shifts required, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Sanford is equally committed to your professional growth, providing opportunities for continued education and skills development.

Your Role :

• Diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their mobility, enhancing their quality of life through pain relief and improved physical function.
• Plan, organize, and deliver effective physical therapy programs tailored to each patient’s recovery process.
• Document patient evaluations and therapeutic progress accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-exercise routines for at-home continuation.
• Utilize flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all safety regulations and departmental guidelines throughout the therapy process.
