Job descriptionBase Salary : $330,000 / year wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap) $60 / wRVU, 5,500 MPP Signing Bonus (one-time bonus) : $55000.00 Relocation Stipend : $10000.00 CME : $5000.00 Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more Long-term and Short Term Disability Sick Leave FSA Great PTO, Vacation, and sick time Tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities Retirement programs with 4% match Career advancement opportunities Health savings accounts Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Fantastic Physician autonomy and lifestyle Infectious Disease Physician Location : Findlay, OH (1hr 30mins from Detroit) 100% infectious disease Blend of inpatient 70% and outpatient 30% Schedule : One week hospital service (hospital call, consults and return patients); One week 3 clinic days 8a-5p and two days off Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients Office located on the hospital campus Patients have option to receive intravenous antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion center or nursing home Staff provide travel consultations, immunizations and immigration physicals Full complement of medical and surgical specialties and interventional radiology 24-hour in-house hospitalist services Weekly onsite CME, and CME / grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees Student support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Practice and team dedicated to supporting you Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations Time with patients who respect your care Local administration with all decision-making on site Leadership who are invested and seek your input Strong and available subspecialty support Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship Board Certified / Board Eligible Infectious Disease Ability to hold an Ohio State License Nice and Quaint Wealthy Town of 40k people Several large employers in / near Findlay : Marathon Petroleum, Goodyear, Whirlpool, Ball, etc Overall, living in Findlay is about 6–13% cheaper than the U.S. average. Events, trails, preserving heritage through things like the Barn Quilt Trail, StoryWalk, Not far from larger metro areas, yet far enough to avoid big-city stress 8 universities / colleges in the area
