Engagement Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with overall more than 10 years of experience and at least 3 years with Project / Program Management experience. In this role, you will :

• Oversee the successful delivery of projects in Technology Industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills through effective Risk Management and Mitigation planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Project / Program Charter & provide management oversight for the projects / programs
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met
• Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive project success
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
• Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mountain View, CA. Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until 12 / 1 / 25. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.
