Navigator Recruiting is engaged in a search for a Tax Senior for a reputable CPA firm in Boulder. This firm is a second generation modern Boulder practice with a beautiful office and view of the Flatirons and mountains. This is an on-office role Monday - Friday year-round. The firm has excellent clients including many high-net worth clients. The firm is looking for someone to be able to prepare business returns (S Corp and Partnerhsip mainly with a few C Corps) but also individual tax returns (including high-net-worth returns) and related gift tax returns and trust and estate returns. Detailed work is valued and appreciated. Hours are generally up to 50-60 hours / week during busy season and in the 35-40 hour / per week range in the non-busy season. The office closes at 4 pm in the non-busy season. Benefits include 100% paid employee-only health insurance (spouse and depdendents at cost) 401k with a 4% match 2 weeks vacation (prorated to start) 10 personal days holidays and additional days off as a result of accumulating overtime worked between mid-February and mid-April. This firm also pays for CPE and offers continued training / development. • S corp Partnership Individual (many high-net-worth clients Trust and Estate tax returns and a few C Corp returns

• Tax Planning
