What this job involves :

• Lead the sophisticated operation of critical building systems including Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and chiller plants to ensure optimal facility performance and safety.
• This advanced engineering role combines technical mastery with operational leadership, maintaining JLL's high standards for building performance while mentoring maintenance teams.
• You will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for complex mechanical systems, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction across our premier facilities.

Work Shift : M-F 8AM-4PM & in 2026 will change to a swing shift

Comp : $40.68 / hr Estimated compensation for this position : 67,691.00 - 84,614.40 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
