About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : ACLS, NRP, FHM required; BLS, AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced preferred

Must-Have : EPIC experience required

Description :

Position requires a Registered Nurse with experience in Labor and Delivery.

Ratios for patient care are 1 : 2.

First-timers are accepted.

Weekend work is required every other weekend, totaling 6 shifts per 6-week period, based on unit needs.

On-call duties are required as needed.

Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs.

Accommodating block schedules will depend on unit needs and require manager approval.

References from authority figures within the last year must be included with submission.

Flu vaccine is required from October 31 to March 31, with medical / religious exemptions only.

COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical / religious exemptions only.

The facility cares for high-risk deliveries and has Level 2 NICU capabilities.

Special procedures include circulating for C-sections and assisting with high-risk deliveries.

Skills required include starting and maintaining IVs and managing various therapies.

Candidates should be available for lab work within 72 hours of signing.

Travel pairs are accepted if approved by unit leadership but are not guaranteed the same schedule.

Modules related to the role will be completed during orientation and annually.
