Supply Planner

As a Supply Planner, you will serve as the focal point for Inventory Supply Planning Processes for assigned business units. You will collaborate with business partners to develop short and long-term strategies to support the inventory needs of the respective business units. You will project forward looking inventory positions and financials making recommendations and adjustments where applicable, ensuring a balance of service and working capital using Blue Yonder Fulfillment and other legacy systems.

Responsibilities :

• Recommends and plans short and long-term strategies to align supply planning processes to support optimizing inventory levels.
• Assesses current inventory levels and forecast to make appropriate business decisions that minimize costs and achieve corporate working capital and service level objectives.
• Engages collaboratively with stakeholders to review purchase forecasts, proposed order recommendations, operational scenarios which contribute to a greater customer experience.
• Solidifies market and business intelligence to improve statistical forecast models for customers, verticals or products through analysis and engagement with SME's.
• Reviews, resolves and escalates exceptions to the relevant stakeholders ensuring a smooth ordering process for procurement.
• Develops and monitors internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and vendor scorecard metrics.
• Generates integrity with the planning model through quality inputs to Supply Planning tools and support systems.
• Maintains supply data moderate to complex reporting : consensus and customer forecasts, inventory positions, inbound outbound, shortage and excess lists.
