Compensation :
- Salary range : $239,556.66 to $271,343.82 annually
- Onboarding Bonus : $5,000 after completion of 6 months tenure & health plan credentialing
- Bonus Opportunity : Earn up to an additional $27,000 bonus annually (prorated for part-time)

Provides comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective primary care services to a diverse population in a patient and family centered environment. Within the course of a primary care visit, the physician will : Perform assessments leading to diagnoses including conducting a history, Review of systems, Physical examination, Develop a care plan (ordering laboratory and diagnostic testing), Prescribing treatments / therapies, Prescribing medication and providing education on utilization and compliance, Refer to specialty care as is needed based on complaints and findings, Schedule follow-up appointment as needed, Assists patients / families in the development of self-management goals.Reviews results, signs-off, dates reports, and notifies patient / family of results of laboratory and diagnostic test results based on acuity.Reviews transitions of care notes from hospital stays, emergency room visits and referrals to specialists.Prescribes appropriate immunizations in accordance with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) immunization schedule.In collaboration with the patient care team provides oral and written education regarding preventative and chronic disease management and recommends community resources to address the social determinants of health that might impact health outcomes.Functions on a rotating basis as the responding provider for our after-hours call service.Provides supervision for and signs off on Nurse Practitioner supervision and oversight for health plans.Required Job Qualifications and Skills :
Graduate of an approved medical school with a M.D. or D.O. degree.Current and unrestricted license in the State of California as a physicianBoard eligible or Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - RequiredCurrent DEA license / Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA healthcare provider approved course)Must be able to interact with people of various socioeconomic statuses and have the ability to address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacyBilingual (English / Spanish — Preferred)Experience in use of electronic health record — (NextGen Preferred)Ability to work independently and / or in a team collaborative settingTo apply, please email your Resume to :
