MedSurg experience is accepted. Description : The position is for an RN in the rehabilitation department. The patient population primarily includes adults. A 36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated based on preference. Background checks are mandatory and must fully clear prior to employment. Criminal and child abuse background checks are required, with no exceptions. All background checks must be comprehensive and cannot be limited to instant or statewide searches. Candidates must submit proof of titers within the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB. A 10-panel drug test, including opiates, is required. Candidates should be comfortable working with adult and geriatric populations. The position requires the use of lift equipment and adherence to safety protocols. The work environment involves providing individualized patient care and support. The role may involve floating to MedSurg as needed.
