Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, and client engagement. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with strong skills in creative development, copywriting, content creation, account management, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and SEO campaign management, who also thrives in front-facing roles such as conference representation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines to ensure timely execution
- Assist with reports and performance metrics tracking
Copywriting & Content Creation
Write compelling and conversion-focused ad copy, emails, landing pages, blog posts, and sales collateralEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channelsCollaborate with design team to develop multimedia contentAssist with PowerPoint presentation creationAccount Management
Serve as a marketing liaison to strategic partners and internal stakeholdersCoordinate marketing deliverables, updates, and reporting for key accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and deliver valueConference & Event Representation
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner eventsCoordinate booth logistics, speaking engagements, and on-site engagementPrepare promotion and educational materials for distributionSupport pre- and post-event follow-up and nurture campaignsEngage and speak with conference attendeesPPC Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROIConduct A / B testing and keyword research to maximize ad effectivenessSearch engine optimization best practices for on-page and off-page elements.Assist with technical troubleshooting of error messages related to SEO implementation.Ability to help perform SEO audits, prioritize discovery items and solve items identified in the audit.Apply best practices for leveraging AI for SEO purposes and workflow efficiencies.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on PPC experienceStrong writing and storytelling skillsProficient with Microsoft Office software : Excel, PowerPoint, WordExperience in client-facing roles or sales support functionsComfortable traveling for conferences and events (10–20% travel required)Excellent project management and communication skillsKnowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics)Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus!
