Job Description Summary

The Capture Support Finance Leader will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business opportunities during the early stages of opportunity identification and development. This position will align closely with capture teams to refine strategies, develop business cases, and ensure seamless financial support throughout the pre-proposal phase. The role also facilitates the Finance team’s transition from opportunity development to proposal support, ensuring continuity and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with Opportunity Identification & Development efforts to support strategic business pursuits.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of capture strategies, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead the creation of business cases for strategic captures, ensuring robust financial analysis and alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as the Finance functional counterpart for pre-proposal support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
• Facilitate the Finance team handoff from opportunity development to proposal support, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of financial oversight.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $128,800 - $171,700. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
