Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation (MGMA median or better, based on experience)

$50K sign-on bonus

Superb quarterly bonus potential

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Minimum 3 years of experience preferred

Eligible for or active Alabama medical license

Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
