What Youll Do

As a Store Manager, youll be the heartbeat of your location. Youll work closely with our leadership team to ensure your store runs smoothly, your team thrives, and your guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Operations & Execution

  • Run daily operations with precision using Juicekeys proven systems and tools.
  • Oversee opening / closing procedures, inventory management, ordering, and strict food safety compliance.
  • Hit labor and cost targets with real-time data and support from leadership.
  • Maintain a sparkling clean store that reflects our commitment to quality and health.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-energy team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Build a positive, inclusive work environment where feedback fuels development and team spirit thrives.
  • Create smart, fair schedules that balance team needs with store goals.
  • Inspire your crew to embody Juicekeys values of health, service, and community.

    • Customer Experience

  • Lead by example on the floor, especially during peak hours, delivering fast, friendly service.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure every guest leaves feeling energized and cared for, with accurate orders every time.

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or fast-casual settings (juice / smoothie bar experience is a bonus!).
  • A love for systems, checklists, and keeping operations smooth and efficient.
  • A natural leadership stylefirm yet approachable, confident yet humble.
  • Stellar communication skills to connect with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Passion for healthy living, clean ingredients, and delivering top-notch service.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Raleigh-Durhams vibrant community or local food scene is a plus.

  • Competitive Salary : $50,000$55,000 / year, based on experience.
