Job description

TITLE : Technical Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE : Support technical manager to optimize process, formulation through trial test and study.

QUALIFICATIONS :

B.S. / M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering.
1-year experience in plastics related field.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for establishing and maintain process conditions that optimally meet the productivity and quality goals of the company.

Contribute to the development of enhances process conditions, through research and development, experimental production runs, and follow-up of downstream positive or negative effects of experimentation.

Coordinate troubleshooting effort with Operations Manager and Production Operators to maximize results.

Maintain good interdepartmental relationships to meet company goals.

Fully support both scheduling and production demands, to meet both customer and productivity needs.

Effectively communicate with production personnel to ensure the understanding of process reasoning, especially with changing process conditions to optimize either productivity or quality.

Assist technical manager to develop new product.

Other assigned duties by the technical manager.

Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.

Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Learn and keep Profile's recycling program going.

Keep all Profile product clean and dirt free at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION :

Inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions not necessarily temperature conditions.

Outside environmental conditions, no effective protection from weather.

Subject to extreme cold, temperatures below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.

Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.

Subject to noise causing reason to shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
