Key Responsibilities Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors Work comfortably in a high-volume production environment Required Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 : 30 PM EST Experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred Must be able to complete health screenings and vaccinations as required This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship
