Start date - ASAP

Monday Friday, every other Saturday is required.

Hours per week : 36 / hr weekShift is 630am-630pm Working with CMA / Nurse and / or EMT

Mainly Occ Health with some adult primary care

Annual Salary - Fully Benefits eligible, CME 40 hours annually, $2,200 Annually for licensure and education reimbursement
