Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our care team at Waterview Nursing Care Center, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. The HHA will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in accordance with each resident's care plan and under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents
• Help residents with exercises and mobility as directed by care plans or physical therapy
• Assist with feeding residents and ensuring proper hydration
• Document care provided and resident responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold dignity and respect at all times
