Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, (NRP Preferred)

RN's - Pass / Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated

Level I Trauma Center, Pediatric Certified by State, Comprehensive Stroke Center - # of Beds / Trauma Bays : 20 beds, 5 Trauma, 10 OBS, and hallway beds - Do you have a Fast Track? : Yes- 6 beds - Do you have a separate Triage area? : 3 triage beds - Is Security in-house 24 / 7? Housed in the ER? : Yes - Ratios : 1 : 4 in zones, 1 : 6 in Fast Track, 1 : 5 in OBS, 1 : 1 ICU / Trauma - Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Trauma, sepsis, chest pain, SOB, strokes-TPA - Common drips : All common drips seen in level I trauma ERs
