Finance Change Reporting - VP (Axiom a plus)

Finance Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Finance Change & Integration team to support Regulatory Reporting. This role supports critical regulatory initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our finance function. The person in the role gains hands-on experience working on finance regulatory transformation projects, system implementations, and the integration of new business lines or entities. This is an excellent entry point for a candidate interested in both finance and project delivery within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support finance transformation initiatives, such as general ledger upgrades, regulatory reporting enhancements (e.g., FR Y-9C, 2052a, FRY-15), or legal entity integrations
• Assist with documentation of business requirements
• Support testing activities to ensure accurate financial data post-change
• Participate in project meetings, document minutes, track tasks, and follow up with stakeholders
• Assist in mapping financial data from legacy systems to target systems, ensuring alignment with accounting and regulatory standards
• Support process improvements across month-end close, reporting cycles, and controls
• Prepare draft materials process documentation, operational readiness
• Liaise with Regulatory Reporting stakeholders as well as other Finance areas, Business, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure data and reporting systems align with stakeholder requirements
• Monitor change impacts and help track and escalate issues

The expected base salary ranges from $120,000 - $185,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
