Position Summary :

As an RN in the NICU, you will provide direct nursing care in line with our established policies and the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate treatment and care plans, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for our smallest patients.

Qualifications :

• Required Licensure / Certifications : Texas or Compact State Nursing License, BCLS Certification, NRP Certification, Stable Course Certification.
• Required Education / Experience : Graduation from an Associate Degree Program, RN Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Preferred : Experience in healthcare and in particular neonatal nursing is highly advantageous.
