Requirements :

Active North Carolina LPN license

Current BLS certification

Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and / or emergency nursing

Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift

Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth equipment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Must attend orientation Oct. 78 (9am5pm) & the remainder of that week (7am3 : 30pm), either in person or online with camera on.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice under RN / physician direction

Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely

Observe, report, and document changes in patient health status

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).

Collaborate with direct care staff to support continuity of care

Assist with telehealth services and virtual consultations

Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment

Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training
