Full Time - Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech
USPI Parkway Surgery Center
is a fast paced, team oriented and multispecialty ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
The Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

High School Diploma or GED
2 + years experience as a Scrub Tech in multiple specialties or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians
