Summary

Verify jobsites are ready for window installation. Check quality of installations to ensure units are installed per company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Verify jobsite is ready for window installation (jobsite conditions, verify window openings are correct and true per plans).
• Must be able to read blue prints (for window locations and sizes), read a tape measure, read a torpedo level, use laptop / tablet (email and blueprints, etc).
• Keeps customer informed of work progress.
• Helps coordinate deliveries to job site.
• Handles customer service issues and provides customer satisfaction feedback to outside sales staff.
• Verify windows are installed properly, per applicable installation instructions by builder.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening once employed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to drive, sit, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements : High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. M ust have a valid drivers license.

Bilingual in Spanish / English preferred.

Glass experience preferred.
