Qualifications

~ Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

~ Licensure : Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS)

~ Experience : New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply

~ Technical Skills : Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency

~ Soft Skills : Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Key Responsibilities

~ Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations

~ Provide individual, group, and family therapy services

~ Develop and implement treatment plans

~ Maintain accurate clinical documentation

~ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group

~ Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
