Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of Nursing

Current LPN license in New York, in good standing

Strong clinical skills, compassion, and a teamwork mindset

Excellent communication and organization skills

What you will do

Provide quality daily nursing care and support to residents within the LPN scope of practice.

Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for desired or adverse effects.

Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and address resident needs.

Document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses accurately.

Supervise and guide CNAs in their daily care activities and assignments.
