Job Responsibilities Include :

• Leading team members using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests : Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected.
• Ensuring Second Mile Service is provided : Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining great relationships with co-workers, fostering a positive team environment.
• Training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and organized.
• The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Being detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Having a servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
