Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24 / 7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. This program was established to focus on women who are pregnant or post-partum to receive mental health services, including group therapy, in our safe environment, including special accommodations for women and children so they can stay together during treatment.

Overview :

The purpose of case management is to assist clients in gaining access to medical, social, educational, and other services needed. The primary goal of case management is to optimize the functioning of individuals who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services in the most efficient and effective manner. The desired outcomes for persons using the service system are self-sufficiency, and satisfaction in the living, learning, work and social environments of their choice.

Compensation :

Starting annual salary for this position is $48,000. Salary is based on experience.
