Your Role

As a CNA in our Memory Care unit, youll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents living with dementia and Alzheimers. Responsibilities include :

Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)

Providing compassionate, person-centered care

Documenting care in the EMR system

Supporting a safe and comfortable environment

Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in New York State

Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous long-term care experience preferred (not required)
