Overview

Are you a compassionate, mission-driven RN looking to deliver personalized, team-based care to the elderly? We are hiring a Registered Nurse for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Downtown Los Angeles, CA . In this role, you'll provide high-quality clinical nursing care across homes, adult day centers, SNFs, and clinics while collaborating with an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support frail older adults.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed in California
• American Heart Association BLS Certification (AHA BLS)
• Valid CA Drivers License , personal transportation, clean driving record, and active auto insurance
• 2+ years of experience in all of the following :
