We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Planning Systems Analyst. The Senior Planning Systems Analyst is part of the global Supply Chain organization and will support the team related to Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) processes. This includes reviewing underlying systems, their design, architecture, configuration, and managing changes to continuously improve processes towards higher efficiency, higher predictability, and increased cost savings.

The ideal candidate has a passion for leveraging IT solutions to optimize supply chain performance and capabilities. They will work closely with functional leads and SME's to capture business objectives and translate them into user requirements. They will help create the vision for future technological solutions and build the roadmap. As the business product owner for plan, they will partner up with IT and help deliver the next advancement in system technology according to the defined roadmap.

You will be responsible for :

• Overseeing the technology roadmap for plan and ensuring technology requirements are understood and well reflected
• Developing and establishing efficient, safe, and compliant processes for S&OP and MRP
• Defining the objectives, measurable outcomes, and key results (OKRs) for technology and process changes, that directly link to business goals
• Monitoring OKRs and leading monthly technology governance calls to quickly react to any changes or disruptions
• Leading and coordinating workshops with internal customers, process experts, and IT
• Developing training plans and coordinating training initiatives for functional teams
• Monitoring and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of relevant master data maintained in SAP to support accurate MRP
