Outside Sales Agents
C Berman Associates is expanding and looking for individuals that will be responsible for acquisition, development, performance and management of automotive accounts. A high performance individual who also has the personality and professionalism to work with automobile dealership management.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts
- Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance
- Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business
- Conduct sales presentations and dealership training
- Track and monitor performance
Requirements
Proven F&I, Sales Manager or GM experience is requiredExtensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operationsExcellent presentation, communication and sales skillsBasic Computer skillsMust be able to travel to dealerships in assigned regionMust have a valid drivers license and acceptable transportationMust be a team player as well as able to work independentlyCompensation
We offer an exceptional compensation plan with most agents earning over $200,000 per year. Payments begin during training and occur prior to account acquisition.
You Must be available for Out of State Training in our New Jersey office the week of July 7th 2025.
