Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer | Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing, state-of-the-art machine job shop serving the Defense and Aerospace industries. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment with a company that values innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities :

Support quality assurance activities throughout all phases of manufacturing

Review and interpret customer specifications to ensure compliance

Conduct and oversee FAI (First Article Inspections) and inspection data per AS9102 standards

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements

Maintain and enhance quality systems to meet Defense and Aerospace standards

Qualifications :

Experience in a machine job shop or development manufacturing environment related to Defense and Aerospace

Familiarity with customer specifications, FAI, and inspection data

Knowledge of GD&T and AS9100 principles preferred

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
