Job descriptionProfessionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system. Prioritize service calls with the correct technician and dispatch appropriately. Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation. Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion. Maintain dispatch board and tracking spreadsheets daily. Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly. Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion. Communicate issues with Service Department Manager and Service Supervisors. Adhere to Service Department SOP’s at all times. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Two to Five years’ Service Department and / or office experience. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly competent with mobile, desktop and other IOS and Windows based operating systems. This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. The employee must be capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting within OSHA ergonomic safety guidelines. Safe lifting techniques must be used to comply with all applicable workplace safety standards.
