About the Role

We are searching for a dynamic SVP, Network Architecture to spearhead the creation of an advanced networking platform aimed at transforming the management of large-scale AI workloads. In this critical role, you will define the technical roadmap of this essential business component, focusing on interconnecting tens of thousands of GPUs across state-of-the-art data centers and edge locations. We seek a forward-thinking leader with a robust background in large-scale networking architecture, HPC systems engineering, or similar disciplines, and comprehensive knowledge of technologies such as RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, and high-bandwidth fabric design. You will play a pivotal role in architectural leadership, collaborating with talented peers to fortify our position in the competitive AI infrastructure sector.

Your key responsibilities will include comprehensive network design, architecture oversight, technology assessment, optimized AI cluster configurations, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence high-level strategic decisions and build a high-performance architecture team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and a commitment to fostering elite, mission-focused teams. Experience integrating network design within the confines of data center power, cooling, and GPU density challenges is highly advantageous, as is a successful history of hands-on technical delivery in rapidly expanding or greenfield contexts.

The SVP will be tasked with delivering a reference architecture for exabyte-scale AI training clusters, validating prototype data-center networks, and establishing strategic alliances to shape the advancement of high-bandwidth fabrics and cutting-edge NICs.
