Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to elementary-aged students in West Bloomfield, MI. This opportunity is ideal for candidates holding credentials as SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY, looking to work approximately 40 hours per week. The caseload typically consists of 40-50 students, with a focus on delivering targeted speech and language interventions.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Providing direct therapy sessions aligned with students' communication goals
• Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation

Candidates will generally be assigned to one school building to minimize travel; however, some may split time between two locations depending on staffing needs. Newly licensed candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered, particularly if they can secure a certified Clinical Competence (CC) mentor to guide their professional development.
