Role Overview :

As part of our company's expansion, we are seeking future leaders to join our team as Recruiting / Business Development Interns . This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and business development, working closely with our recruiting team to learn industry-standard techniques. The intern will gain exposure to resume sourcing, research, business development, consultant care, and various administrative tasks. This role offers high-quality training for entry-level positions in recruitment and communication roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing & Research :

Assist in sourcing resumes and conducting research to identify potential candidates and business leads.

Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client demands and contribute to candidate placement efforts.

Help ensure quality consultant care through communication and administrative assistance.
