We at Kelly hear you and we're here for you! We're seeking a Return Logistics Associate to work at a premier Manufacturing Company in Lakeland, FL. Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $20 / hr. Schedule : 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Wednesday.

Job Responsibilities

• Disposition returned product based on established guidelines
• Determine customer eligibility for credit using a pre-set decision tree
• Segregate credit and non-credit product; organize and mark pallets accordingly
• Record and maintain all disposition data in the database
• Download and distribute data reports using Excel
• Resolve any data discrepancies promptly
• Communicate workload status to supervisor
• Serve as liaison between client and quality
• Recommend and support process improvements

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
