About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead subcontractors, coordinate with clients and design teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in tenant spaces, commercial interiors, retail / restaurant renovations, or office build-outs who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior projects from kickoff through closeout
• Oversee daily jobsite activity, subcontractor performance, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project tracking
• Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project financial health
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient project execution
• Conduct regular site walks, progress updates, and client meetings
• Utilize project management software for documentation and reporting
