Skills & Qualifications : - Current TX PT License - Current CPR Certification - 1+ years of experience preferred but not required - CSCS and OCS preferred but not required - Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Position Highlights : - 1-hour evaluations and follow-ups (This ensures top quality patient care) - $5,000 annual budget for Continuing Education (We invest in your growth!) - Work with a highly motivated clientele who are serious about their health and performance - Continuous opportunity for professional growth through in-house training and mentorship - 2-hour professional development training and in-services every week - 1 : 1 weekly mentorship with an OCS, FAAOMPT, and sports biomechanics experts - Access to high-tech equipment to enhance treatment success Benefits Package for Full-Time Team Members : - Retirement with 4% company match (401k) - Health insurance - Sick time and paid holidays - Company-wide time off from Christmas to New Year’s - Generous continuing education allocation per year At RPM Physical Therapy, we don’t just treat symptoms, instead we solve problems at the root using a science-driven, biomechanics-based approach.
