Delivery Professional - Bulk Driver at McKesson

Overview

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

What You'll Do

Local Routes – Local routes, home daily.
Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk.
Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday - Friday, 5 : 30am until route is complete.

Pay : $23.13 / hour

Incentive : Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks).

Location : Portland, Oregon area with local routes

What You'll Need

REQUIRED :

Current valid US Driver's License

Ability to maintain a safe driving history

Must be 21 years of age or older

Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)

Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

PREFERRED :

1-2 years of professional driving experience

Class B or higher

Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction

Problem-solving abilities and adaptability

Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries
