Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Repair & Maintenance : Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnostics : Conduct thorough diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
• Customer Service : Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations of repairs, maintenance, and system recommendations.
• Documentation : Accurately document service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Safety & Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes, ensuring safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other technicians and support staff, contributing to a positive team environment and sharing knowledge and expertise.
