We are seeking a IBM iSeries (AS / 400) RPG Engineer (Software Engineer) to support and modernize our core systems. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software engineers, and infrastructure teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE RPG, SQLRPGLE, and RPGFREE) applications on the IBM iSeries platform.
• Develop and optimize DB2 database queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other technical teams to understand system dependencies and business needs.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at modernizing legacy applications, integrating with cloud-based services, and implementing best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Provide subject matter expert level of support for RPG applications, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high system availability.
• Maintain technical documentation and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
